These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer or business, place an order via www.euroclick.se and other affiliated pages. The terms constitute an agreement between you, as a consumer or business, and EuroClick, organization number: 559431-6886, Rörtegsgatan 17, 784 54 Borlänge, Sweden, hereinafter referred to as www.euroclick.se. Please read our terms before placing an order on our website, as by doing so, you agree to the following terms:

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on www.euroclick.se. Orders from customers under 18 must be approved by a parent or guardian, including their name and phone number. In compliance with Swedish law, www.euroclick.se does not offer credit purchases to individuals under 18 years old. EuroClick reserves the right to decline or adjust your order in cases of incorrect personal information.

All prices for consumers are presented in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT, and for businesses, excluding VAT. We reserve the right for any factual errors, price changes, or other circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in VAT. EuroClick holds an F-tax certificate and is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office under the parent company EuroScope AB.

Euroclick.se reserves the right for any image or writing errors on the website, such as incorrect product descriptions. Additionally, we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and update information on the website. If a service you ordered is incorrectly priced, we will notify you immediately to obtain your approval of the updated price before processing the order. All images on the website are illustrations and may not always reflect the exact appearance of the service. Compensation cannot be claimed if your website or www.euroclick.se experiences downtime. Our goal is to be online 24/7 with over 95% uptime.

The website www.euroclick.se, including all content, is owned by EuroClick. This also applies to the EuroClick brand and all images, graphics, text, designs, and information about services. The services on www.euroclick.se are continuously developed and updated and may change over time. Our images are copyright protected, and you may not copy them as they are either licensed or created by our designers.

To use our services on www.euroclick.se, you must provide accurate information such as your name, address, postal code, mobile number, and email address. Customer information is never shared and is only used for the performance of www.euroclick.se’s services, unless required by law enforcement under Swedish law. Email correspondence may be saved to meet our customer needs.

CONSUMER PROTECTION
The following terms apply to the purchase agreement between you, as a consumer, and www.euroclick.se. We apply the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (SFS 2005:59), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for all purchases made on www.euroclick.se.

GDPR – Data Storage
Euroclick.se stores only email addresses and associated information required for FTP, domains, and WordPress, necessary to perform our work efficiently. We also store billing information in our invoicing system. If you wish to have this information deleted, please contact us at info@euroclick.se. We will remove the information provided that it does not violate Swedish law, which governs accounting and tax regulations. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies according to Swedish law for remote purchases made by individuals (not applicable to businesses). The service is considered initiated when the work on the website has started. If the right of withdrawal is exercised during or after the website creation has begun, a reasonable fee of 50% of the project cost and any costs for servers, domains, certificates, and other add-ons purchased according to the customer’s request will apply. If the customer violates rules and laws, EuroClick cannot be held liable.

IMAGES AND TEXT
All images and text on www.euroclick.se are the property of EuroClick and are copyright protected. Text and images MAY NOT be COPIED or USED without our written consent. Many images are purchased with a license that applies to EuroClick. For more information regarding images on the website, please contact us directly.

DESIGN, TEXT, AND WEBSITES
All material we create is unique and developed based on the customer’s wishes and expectations. This is showcased on our website, www.euroclick.se, where a variety of themes are presented live. For orders exceeding SEK 5,000, a quote is provided according to the customer’s requirements. The website, design, and templates are customized to the customer’s needs and are presented at the start of the project. The customer is responsible for providing images and texts tailored to their business for all parts of the website.

DOMAIN AND HOSTING
EuroClick purchases all domains and hosting services from various providers to our accounts, and these apply for 1 year for all packages unless otherwise agreed. If the customer already has a domain and hosting, it will be handled in the best way possible for the customer. After 1 year, costs will apply to continue operating the website and owning the unique domain name. All domains are managed by EuroClick and are under our company’s name. If you choose to transfer the domain name and account from EuroClick, a transfer fee will be charged based on the number of hours required to complete the transfer.

PRICES, FEES, AND PAYMENT
Upon receiving your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email. This confirmation serves as a receipt of your order and acceptance of our terms and conditions. It is important to ensure that all your details are correct at the time of order. It’s advisable to save the order confirmation for future communication with our customer support.

You can choose various payment methods, including bank or credit card, Swish, or PayPal. We do not store or handle any bank or credit card numbers.

We charge immediately upon your order unless invoicing or other similar payment methods have been selected and approved by EuroClick. EuroClick reserves the right not to offer all payment methods at all times or to change the payment method if the one you selected is not functional at the time of purchase.

All prices are displayed on our website in Swedish kronor (SEK) and exclude VAT. For private individuals, VAT is already included in the listed price. Invoices are sent via email at the end of the project. Any additional services beyond the initial order confirmation will be billed separately with an applicable hourly rate.

For any overdue payments, statutory interest will apply, and if payment is not received after the first reminder, the matter will be forwarded to a debt collection agency. In such cases, EuroClick reserves the right to shut down the website and hosting services until payment is received.
